Last night in the Mindshifters Group in Woodstock, IL we listened to an interview Bruce Lipton gave on August 9, 2017.  Bruce has been working with the field of cellular biology, and has pioneered the study of epi-genetics.  This work has profoundly important implications for how well we take responsibility of our thoughts and emotions, and how they affect our physiology and our health.
