Dear Friends,

I have the great joy of announcing  that I will be offering a group meeting at my newly expanded office in Crystal Lake, IL.  The group will be offered from 6:30 – 9:00 pm on Thursday evenings.  The first group will be held on Thursday October 30th and begin promptly at 6:30 pm.  My office is located at 800 McHenry Ave. Suite B in Crystal Lake.

Some of you may not know that I have derived such benefit from these tools that I have chosen to donate my time, one night a week, for the past nine years to facilitating a group just  like this.  I frequently get asked why I donate my time to this activity.  The simple answer is because I get so much out of using the tools, that the quality of my life has improved dramatically from applying these tools to the “upsets” in my life.  The longer answer would talk about the value I receive from being surrounded each week by people who are dedicated to improving their lives, and supporting others who are doing the same.

I anticipate that the structure and format of the group will be that of the Mindshifters Group which I have facilitated for the past nine years.  However, I am open to input on what is needed from those who attend.  I will need to charge a $25 fee per person, per session in order to cover overhead for the new office space.  I will be offering the tools and wisdom of teachers like Dr. Michael Ryce, Guy Finley, Dale Allen Hoffman, J. Krishnamurti, Anthony DeMello, The Way of Mastery, and select others.

The purpose of the group will be to teach, and support people in using practical tools to improve their emotional lives, their relationships, and their physical and mental well-being.  I will begin most groups with an hour of a video,  or audio, presentation by one the master teachers listed above, followed by a segment of time for questions, and then the use of one or more of the practical tools.
