This was another week of blessings in my life, in the form of people attending the two Mindshifter support groups.\u00a0 The Tuesday group meets in Woodstock, IL at the Unity Spiritual Center at 225 W. Calhoun St. from 6:30 – 9:00 pm, and this week watched the\u00a0 first hour of the four hour version of Dr. Michael Ryce’s lecture titled “Why Is This Happening To Me Again?”.\u00a0 The discussion after the video was kept short, because two separate people had requested time to do a Reality Management Worksheet.\u00a0 Both of these individuals proceeded to take an issue for which they had intense negative emotions and tears, and reduce their upset levels dramatically, in\u00a0 the course of doing a single worksheet.<\/p>\n
The Thursday group meets from 6:30 – 9:00 pm in Crystal Lake, IL at 800 McHenry Ave. Suite B, and they watched the second hour of that same four hour lecture and then one of the members did a Reality Management worksheet on an issue that related to significant physical discomfort.\u00a0 For the second week in a row, a group member used the Reality Management worksheet process, in conjunction with Faster EFT tapping to dramatically reduce their physical pain and discomfort.<\/p>\n
It is a blessing to be able to witness the work these people do to improve the quality of their lives!\u00a0 It is truly amazing to see the power\u00a0 of willingness in the hands of people who are equipped with effective tools for the job of removing, physical pain, fear, sadness, and all other negative emotions.<\/p>\n
